So 60-66 what would those be?

I call those the Apache line. The previous generation had trucks that were called Apaches, too, but that whole line of trucks was called "Task Force." That name applies through Class 4. Medium duties were called Vikings, and heavy duties were called Spartans, but I'll be damned if I see more than one or two of those 1960-66 trucks that are bigger than an Apache so I don't really worry about discriminating against the big ones. Actually, I don't think I've seen one in a long time, and the few that I have seen are 100% patina hauling pulpwood somewhere.

Handouts are being dispensed 2 doors down on the right.. Be sure you have your ration card..:bleh: :bleh:

Back in my day, trucks had categories, not names. Assigned according to the job assignment. There was big trucks, old trucks, work trucks, and broke down trucks... O yeah, and there was f**king Fords... Two of the toughest brands going were Studebaker and International Harvester.. We called those two 'Studes and Combines...

I am in a group on FB for gmt400 because of TBI tech, they constantly refer to the 99+ LS as GMT800. Guess the bodies didn't change enough for them to see the difference.

I call them
GMT100 = 50s trucks
GMT200 = Apache
GMT300 = Squarebody
GMT400+ = Organ donors
