Wow, LMC or rockauto don't show them. Did yours get bent?
From the looks it doesn't have and "wear" parts as the TREs, draglink, etc. have the joints. So I can see why they aren't available new.
Have you tried your local junkyards?
I would also try to find a truck parting out in your area. Shipping right now is going to be forever wait and price.

I found a center link at AutoZone online. RARE PARTS 328060 or GM627303. Only took a day to get. Priced around $65. free shipping.
