carmine headliner

I'm going to order a headliner for my truck. LMC has a red headliner, I want a Carmine red headliner ( match dash and all trim ) how far off is red vs carmine red ? has anyone seen them side by side ? Thanks for the help.

GM used several shades of red from year to year. LMC basically just picked generic colors (red, blue, gray, etc) that are somewhat ballpark-ish close to the various colors GM offered.

My 82 K5 came with carmine red interior. It's between red and maroon.
USA1 industries sells new carmine red headliners.

In '83 or '84, the red interior got darker in color. Sort of a wine color I guess you would call it.

Thanks, I checked , and it is carmine, so I will order from them, although shipping is high, from there to Indiana.

Right, shipping is the downside. I try to combine as much as possible before I order from them or any.
