Conventional tire designation like ***-xxRxx describes the dimensions of the tire.
The first number is the width of the tread in millimeters.
The second number is the sidewall height as a percentage of the tread width.
And the third is the wheel diameter.
So, a 225-45R19 would have tread 225 mm wide, sidewall height of 101.25mm(45% of 225mm), and wheel size of 19 inches.
The difference between a 75 and 80 on sidewall height will be minimal and dependent on the width of the tread.
Another consideration when changing tire sizes is that your speedometer will need to be corrected as well.
