Yep, but he'll never get that price. He needs to part it out himself and I doubt he still even gets $2500. Not he didn't spend those funds. I think he's better off finding another body and transferring his powertrain and drive the value out of it.

exactly what I'd do. find another square with a good body, swap powertrain and scrap the orange truck. sucks that it's been in his family since new and now it's destroyed :(

We had a 30-45 minute warning that day as we did May 3rd 99. It's common people will race home park their daily driver, get in their restoration vehicle and go North or South and get outta the way. Your 2008-2014 vehicle can be replaced, your 57 Thunderbird, or 68 Chevelle can't. Of course a storm that big and powerful, some of the good ones are going to slip through the cracks and can't be helped.
