That is a sweet looking truck. I knew the X cab were done in TX and that they were built on long bed frames, but this guy is saying 18 inches was taken off the bed. Was 18in taken off the long bed on these or where shortbeds used in place of a long bed? I was thinking shortbeds were used, but of course it's very possible to keep the wheel well in the same place they did chop long beds.

Is that a typo? $1000 as in One Thousand for real? The tires are worth that. !!! If you're not on that already and it's really $1K I'm sure it's gone by now. I'd pay $1000 for that without a motor & trans.

When you're 17, and your father is your backing and the a/c just got fixed which took $850, it's kinda impossible to jump on stuff like that. But I do, believe me.. I do wish.

My guess is he's probably about to be deployed or going to be moving and just can't take it with him. I figuring it was the first one, being that there's all these military bases around here.

This one used to be for sale down the road from me for like a year...i guess it made its way to N. Raleigh (2 hours away). I like the way it looks, but was afraid I would get jokes for looking like border patrol.

454SS. Up until the last month or so you can get gmt's for a few hundred bucks. However for some reason, right now if it has a tailgate you can get 2 grand and up for it :| I was looking for a supercrew ferd (01-02) for a daily driver and the only one I could find for less than 8 grand were 250k + miles and 2wd.

I like 454SS's but I'm willing to over spend on one.

cheap 454SS. I'm sure she is dogged son. But could be a good project for someone who wanted to customize it anyway.

Thats a really good price dude, I got mine for 3k but its missing some stuff! My point here is that I love my 90 454SS so much I have no desire to drive anything else ever again, I parked an 07 Mustang in great shape with no problems so I could drive a truck I am restoring with no drivers side window.

You wont regret buying a 454ss, its a special edition truck, less than 20K made and i have never seen one cheaper than 10K excluding the one I bought and the one Retro showed me that was a total bust for a couple grand. Totally worth the money, if I had 5 grand I would go buy that one.
