I've only ever seen one '65-'70 Chevy with rotted floors but still had a good solid frame. The trunk floors and lower quarters were shot on that car too. Anyway, the point was (or at least mine was) that that car is probably a big ball of rust and bondo. On those cars, the interior floors tend to rot after everything else.
