I think I'd be kicking the GF to the curb before selling my K5

You think??? I know I would.

Well maybe not. Guess it would depend on how good the hootinanny was and if she swallowed or not if I'd have to think about it or not.

I know for a fact I would. When my wife and I were first dating she start belly aching about me working on the truck every Thursday night and Saturday (during the daylight hours). I'd already made up my mind that if she gave me an ultimatum between her and the truck that she was hitting the road. She never got to that point and now we're married. I've never really told her about that but I have told her before that it's a good thing that she never gave me any ultimatums. I don't deal with those very well at all

 I don't either. One girl I probably should have kept around, did that ultimatum crap, and without thinking, I said, HELLLLL NO !!! She started crying and left. She remembered our 1 year 1st date anniversary. Comes in huggy, kissy, dressed in my favorite short skirt !!! :mwah1: So, you realize it's a been a year since our first date? It has? Wow, time flies !!! :bs: Yeah, well now that it's been a year, and you knew what I wanted when we met, so I want to know if you've given any thought to marriage yet??? HELLLLLL NO !!! YOU ALSO KNEW WHAT I DIDN'T WANT WHEN WE MET !!! Well, I thought that might have changed by now, and I want a husband not a bf, :bawl: I can't believe you haven't even considered it and by your response, I can tell I'm wasting my time, so I'm leaving. :bawl: Well hell yes, if you're backing me into a corner like this after walking in the door of 30 seconds.... SLAM !!! And off she went !!!

 I think my wife must be pretty smart and could sense that it wouldn't have been a good idea. I can ignore whining pretty well (especially when it's over the phone and i can just sit the phone down to give my ear a break  ) but the whole "do X or I'll do Y" thing turns me off with a quickness :happy175: The dude with the K5 needs to grow a pair or he's going to be miserable the rest of his life.

Yes he does. It's all about compromise anyway. He doesn't have to give her up either, but he has to play the game a bit and it could all work out just fine. The trick is to get her convinced that it's her idea for this and that and then it's all good.
