If I had the $300, I'd have you go get it for me. In OK, I can have a title in my name and a current tag good for a year for $103 on a vehicle with NO TITLE.

I file Title 42, that cost me $50. Takes 6 weeks to get the paperwork back. Then, when you get it back, there is not back penalties, no back tags, no excise tax, no ******** and your month starts that month you title it. So it's like starting all over with the same OEM VIN with a new plate, new sticker and all. The Title 42 follows the VIN # too. So when you get paperwork back, you pay Title Fee, Transfer Fee into your name, and your current year tag. $53.

Hell he could at least part it out if nothing else and make more money and not waste parts.

None, but my point is, calling it a rare collectible. I've got a brand new old stock Pitman arm, but I don't know of anyone collecting pitman arms. It even comes with the nut, zerk and a cotter key.

I hear of stamps, coins, board games, hats, license plates etc, but never tailgate bands. :roflbow::roflbow::roflbow:

Hell, I'm sure at least a few people collect them. I tend to collect old tires, I bet you didn't think anyone did that.

I have a collection too.... That I need to get rid of. I just want the wheels. I don't keep to many old tires. They better be in damn good shape for me to keep them. I"m a freak about tires getting to old. For a trailer or old hoopty that I don't intend to drive on the freeway at 75 mph, I will use them, but nawww, I don't like keep tires around.
