If you want a Th400 ready to roll, and he's telling the truth, it's a good deal especially if you don't have a core. It does have the bolt on yoke, so it's a truck trans for sure. Not many people are buying those though. If you really want it, you might offer him $250 and let him come back at $300 then pounce.
