I know, I was eyeing that. I know some states still had made dual headlights illegal in 1957 and some car makers had to accommodate early in the model year.

It's apparently a GMC fleet truck.

Wow, That's badass. Notice it has a Chevy Dash with a GMC script, and even had dome light delete. I wonder if the seller realizes all that. You'd think he'd mention all that if he did. I was thinking his price is to high, but with that info, I guess not.

Yes it would, especially now knowing its a GMC Fleet Vehicle. You see 58's and 59's, but that is the first single headlight I've ever seen. I actually some idiot converted it to single light trying to be more of a 55, 56ish.

I too was thinking the price was high (partially due to having "incorrect" front end parts), but now I think it's a good deal.

Yeah, now that we know its the chum bucket leader dog base no frills, even had standard equipment like dome light deleted, it makes it more valuable. Whooda thunk it??? Advertised right, he could likely get even more for it. Not much more, but yeah, $2K is probably a good deal.
