Did you call him up or what? How bad is the rust? What about the interior? Seems like a fair deal for a 4x4 Burb. Should be a TBI 350, NP241C and 700r4.

He's been trying to sell it for like 3 months. He was asking more than that, like $1200 or something, now he dropped it to $900. I would have jumped on that. :flipthebird:

Yeah, if I hadn't spent money on the bedliner a week ago I'd be going out there to at least take a look at it! If it runs good I can handle something the "needs body work". You could drive it til the motor sells to someone then scrap/part out the rest and make money on that deal! :)

Sure could. If its complete though, and a workable body, I'd rather keep it whole and someone have a project. I'd buy it for $600 like you said, put a for sale sign in the window for $1200, park it at the right place like near a high school, for a kid to beg daddy for the money and the first $1000 offer, SOLD to the kid who will appreciate it and devote his time to it.
