You might even get that guy down to $900. I see some beat up body parts. It is also TBI which is good or bad. You might pay a little more than you want for it, but its obviously a starter project. Keep in mind, how much time and money in gas are you going to spend on looking at the next 2 or 3 if you find them. It might be worth it in the long run just to pay $100 or $150 to much to keep from spending gas and time looking at others that might not even be as good. And you are aware, after you buy one, the dream deal will fall right in your lap and give you buyers remorse. I always happens, so expect it.

I hear ya on that one man, I looked for a while to find my square, I drove down by Austin last year and looked at one, the pictures looked great on CL but i got there and realized they had only taken pictures of one side, the other sides was beat to helll..... I drove it and it drove horrible and then when it comes to the title he tells me he has it but it's at his moms house 2 hours away ( He had known for 3 days I was coming). I ended up just leaving I was so fed up and thought he was shady, when I bought my current 82 I drove about 150 miles to get it and I told myself if it was even close to what I wanted I was buying it, and I did. lol

I say that's about the cheapest you're going to find a running SWB. It appears to have some issues, but depending on the how bad the rust is,.... I think you need to at least go look at it.

Looking at the pics closer, i think i am actually going to pass. I don't like how far the front bumper is pushed in on the right side...Not really looking forward to a tweaked frame.

Unless they've been welded, they're not 15x10...Widest they ever came in is 15x8 from the factory.
