I don't know of any 1 tons with 700r4's. I bet its got a Th400. And should be a Dana 60 front too. That 6.2 and D60, you're not gonna get hurt with that rust bucket on those 2 things alone. I'd call on it. You can slowly aquire you rust repair items, but to find a low mileage 6.2 and a D60, I'd sure be interested in it. I am sure you can sell that 6.2 for a good chunk of change when you do your conversion and get close to half your money back buying the truck.

yea but even the 2nd on is a damn good deal considering it has a dana 60 which could be sold easilly for 1000.
