So the truck has 110,000 miles, but the motor has 60,000 on a rebuild???? So the original factory OEM motor only lasted 50,000???? hmmmmmmm???
He's just going by what the PO told him. I think all he has done is install the wheels/tires pictured.
My guess is that the original motor made it a lot longer than that. The replacement motor was likely rebuilt when it was still in the donor truck.

GMC V12s
Strangely Enough, those GMC V12 look like 2 of those old GMC V6's bolted together just about. I'd almost be willing to bet they have the same bore/stroke ratios as the old GMC V6's.
