I bought this house in 99. We wanted a 4 bedroom house since my son was now big enough he needed his own room, but I couldn't give up my home office since I was running the ebay biz at that time. Also required backyard access to park my trialer, box van and ATV's. Also wanted a big backyard to build a 30x40 shop that would not take up 20% of the yard as code requires. So this house fit the bill for everything we needed, and it was about $20K less than I had budgeted to spend, and it was in the school district I wanted for the kids. The only 1 thing that didn't fit, was we wanted about 1800-2000sq ft. This house has small rooms and is only 1500 sq ft. With all the picky things we needed, it had to work. And for $20K less too, it was worth it and it worked perfect although I still wanted bigger master bedroom and living room. There is plenty of backyard to build my shop and add on to the house to make it exactly what I want. So I can't see leaving. I just wished I would not have gotten divorced. Major set back on plans. I'll be dancing the jig the day I get to build my 30x40 shop and keep 2 vehicles in the garage. For now, to many tools and projects living in that space. I couldn't even fit an ATV in the garage now. That sucks !!! I need to find me a sugar mamma that will take care of me.

That's the kinda truck I'd buy for $300 IF the motor started and ran OK. Otherwise, I have bought trucks in that condition with a rod knock for $100 and the trans worked.
My 84 Blue DD, I bought for a $100 and rebuilt the Turbo 400 and been driving it since. And it had a crate 454 in it with 30-40K miles on it. Runs like a new truck now and I have put about 10K on it since I've had it.

You're prolly right. I had a sugar mama too for awhile. I don't want another one. Bitches think cuz they have money they will control you. Tell you when and where to work, what hours to work, what you will drive etc etc. I did my own thing anyway, refused to take her fuggin money that she offered and it caused problems. I did go on a couple cool vacations with her though. But no, it was a bad deal. I won't be controlled and I don't care how much money you have. And the bitch was lazy as hell. She didn't do a damn thing but sit on her ass. She even had a maid and a gardner. First thing I did was fire the maid the and the gardner. That's just not my style. 6 mo later she hired a maid again and I left that alone, since she was so lazy, but I took care of the yard. When I came home one day and there was a crew of beaners doing the yard, I blew it. Shortly thereafter I realized money made her an ugly person and I packed up my **** and went back home where I been since.

What sucks now though, I had several booty calls, but I haven't been out meeting anyone or dating. Now the booty calls are slowly getting hooked up and married off, so its getting to slim pickings these days. I might have to start dating again and get the inventory built back up. And I hate that. Fuggin hate the wineing and dineing part of that ****. And I don't do dinner and movie BS. Everyone does that. I'm not everyone, so I do differant stuff. I've done **** like taken dates to the indoor shooting range. That is just about a guarenteed lay if you get a girl willing to do that. Especially the ones that haven't ever shot before. Then you have to do the reach around and teach them how to hold the gun. hahaha, then they start backing up and grinding on your ****. I usually have to tell them, hey be careful there, its been awhile, that thing is cocked and loaded too and it could go off prematurely. Talk about opening the door for "THAT" conversation.

30X40 shop is exactly what I would love to have someday......We had planned on keeping our current house for 5 years...selling it and moving to the country, but I don't see those plans happening for a llloooonnngggg time.......
And there are plenty of sugar mommas out there, you just have to make sure to be their boy-toy for a while.....:roflbow:

OH no doubt. I had the boy toy part down pat. No problem there. After we split up for several months and she had her a new guy living with her, she remembered my birthday about 9 months later. Called me up and told me that she told her new man and family that she was going to Dallas to hang with a girlfriend for a week, and that she was taking me to Laughlin for 4 days but there is conditions. I said huh??? She knew my weak spot. Laughlin is my hang out away from home. LMAO, but I declinded since I was seeing someone else and I knew what the conditions were. That caused world war 3 since I declined. Had I know the trouble it was gonna cause, I'd have just gone.
