Lots of Ponchos had chrome valve covers. Hell, the 428HO 1969 Bonneville hearse had factory chrome valve covers and air cleaner top.

To bad its a rust bucket. Anyone catch that factory Buick Tach on the Column. Pontiac also had one like it, not sure why they wouldn't use a Pontiac Tach.

NO doubt it was added. Just saying, you'd think the guy could find a Pontiac Tach. I know they existed. I had a 64 Grand Prix. My 1st car. It had a similar looking vac guage in the console, but the 64 Grand Prixs that came with manual transmissions had a tach instead and it was on the dash.
