It's worth 5 bills if it runs.

I'm thinking not, or he'd at least, ran when pulled, or something of that nature. I think its just a core. Just a guess though.

Worth about half that since it needs the trans gone through.

But not a bad looking truck.

And he's full of **** to think you can get the 3-4 clutch pack rebuilt for $350 neware, and he can't spell, anywhere. I sure won't do a 700r4 and just replace the 3-4 clutch pack. What he meant to say, is it needs a $1200 - $1500 transmission R&R and rebuild depedning on what hard parts are worn or broken. And I never do a 700r4 rebuild with at least upgrading to the Beast sunshell or the latest GM Roller Sunshell, and corevette servo. Also upgrade the 3-4 Servo for more holding power to hold that clutch pack tighter to keep it from wearing out prematurely. But that's just me. I am sure Juan, Pepe, or BillyBob might be willing to do a different quality job for less.

Get that dude for $100. HI Performance Race trans with a trans brake in the making right there. Just so you guys know, you ever get a chance to scoop up a Powerglide for dirt cheap or see it going to the scrap yard, Grab it !!! They are getting rare and prices are going up on them. Real common nowdays, ever the Ford boys are getting Powerglides from the Chevy Men to run in their Fox Body Stangs.

My granddad had a 76 impala with a Powerglide in it. Real solid car with low miles but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to purchase it.
