Well, I am looking at it as big block swapped truck, not actually a clone. As yes, it does not fit a clone part in any way except big block
I agree. Nice truck and price isn’t terrible for being pretty clean. Definitely short on the “clone” part but the add doesn’t say anything a about the seller being smart lol

The '68 would be my first choice, followed by the '72. That '68 just looks really clean.

Yea, same here. Also the cheapest. I'm literally trying to talk myself out of it. I can afford that one, I just dont have time or space to work on it lol.

They look like a good stamping even if not GM. I might have to check them out.

Anyone got a decent 350 block I can swap all my internals into that's not 400$ plus needing machined?
Blocks are expensive on facebook and craigslist, 500$ for a block that looks to have been sitting in a pond for 20 years

I've got a complete engine out of the '87 3/4 I parted out a couple years ago. Been on an angine stand ever since. I think I may still have video of it running too, if I can find the file. It's not pretty, as the truck had been parked outside for years when I bought it, but it ran well. 119,000 miles. $200, if you're interested.

I'm near Flint Michigan. Looks like it's a one piece seal. Truck was an '87, and this was the original tbi engine from it.
