I think it's perfectly ok to skip straight to the diesel. No point in overcompensating if you don't feel insecure. lol

Good advice. I used to drive an ‘84 chevy 6.2 with a 4 speed manual and 4:56 gears. It was a 12’ stake bed cab & chassis dually. I’ve been pretty anxious to get back into a rig like that. I guess I’ve just been looking for validation all these years. I really miss driving 60 mph and thinking the whole thing seems like it’s about ready to explode. Good times. Good times.

Good advice. I used to drive an ‘84 chevy 6.2 with a 4 speed manual and 4:56 gears. It was a 12’ stake bed cab & chassis dually. I’ve been pretty anxious to get back into a rig like that. I guess I’ve just been looking for validation all these years. I really miss driving 60 mph and thinking the whole thing seems like it’s about ready to explode. Good times. Good times.
