Probably not bad depending on how bad the bed operates and the age of the hoses and such and the winch in good shape. Though it looks pretty rough.For sale once current owner figured out that a "self loader" won't haul itself when it breaks down.

Rust not too bad for a '74. Paint job reminds me of a tonka truck I had when I was a kid. It was based off a mid 70's square - had a trailer and farm animals for it. I think it was a single cab though, not a crew.
