2 unfinished Willows kit cars, jigs, molds, everything you'd need to build em up and more. $28.5k OBO
https://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/bfs/6089705315.html
The Willow is a two-seat, transverse 4-cylinder, mid-engine sports car, that was sold in kit form to be assembled by the buyer. A prototype Willow Electric was built but not completed or tested (is included in sale), and a prototype Willow Chevy-V8 automatic was built but not completed or tested.
The listing is for two uncompleted Willows plus all (16) of the fiberglass body molds, frame table and fixtures, drawings, and everything needed to build the kits in production. It also includes (7) brand new DOT approved windshields, laminated safety glass, custom made in the U.S. All drawings, procedures, parts lists, vendor files, and the 124-page Builder Manual have been scanned and saved as PDF files for easy viewing on computers.
I am the designer/builder of the Willow, am 73 years old and retired. This is a great opportunity to get into the kit car business for a very low investment, you can start building cars right away for the cost of materials and labor.
The Willow has appeared in many car magazines including: Road & Track: Hot Rod Magazine Kit Car Annual; Classic & Special Interest Cars; Motor Trend's Sports Car Graphic; Kit Car Encyclopedia; and many others.
Check the Wikipedia page for the Willow Sports Car for some history of the car.
Included: two uncompleted Willows, shown in the attached photos. The white Willow has a 100HP traction electric motor, 144-volts, and is set-up to hold (6) 12-volt batteries on either side of the unique, tandem seating arrangement. The gray Willow utilizes Pontiac Fiero rear suspension and is set-up for a Fiero 4-cylinder engine/transaxle (included with parts but not installed).
Payment terms: 5% down via PayPal within 3-days of purchase, balance due in three equal monthly installments, payments via bank wire transfers.
Shipping: Fly in to Reno, rent two 20' high-cube trucks from Budget or Penske, load the project and drive home. Buyer pays all moving and shipping costs.
Price: $28,500.00 OBO
