If you’re able to fully depress the brakes that many times with the engine off, the master cyl is still going to the floor.
Noise is the booster I think.
This one dosnt go to the floor like the other one. It gets most of the way there then gets super stiff and I have to push super had and it slowly goes down.

Did you replace the booster?

If so, did you adjust the set screw on the booster shaft? if it's not set correctly it won't engage the MC at the right time. I've made this mistake a few times.
Don't think do?

Odd question... brakes are ... sub optimal. But good enough to drive while being carefull.
But the rubber seal on my master is on backwards. It actually seems to be the wrong one. I can't seem to find the correct one however. Could this be part of my issue?
(I've got a replacement mc coming in in a few weeks just need this working so I can drive around for a while)

Not your problem. Just holds fluid in. Someone probably swapped caps. Or gaskets and put the wrong one in. The cap is right.

Okay cool

I'll just keep some fluid on me while I drive. It leaks out the back a bit but I do have it overfilled.

So should I try 1 last time with that new mc. Or should I exchange it for a new one.
The brakes still suck but it is just barely good enough to drive. And I mean barely.

I’m having a hard time figuring out how you lifted a 2wd rebuilt the transmission, paint and body, all this major work and you’re somehow unable to understand buying a master cylinder, bleeding it and installing it. So you’re driving around with brake fluid leaking out of an old mc with the wrong cover….
Weird….

Well if you haven't figured it out I'm a little stupid.

Also thw awnser to my question is yes I should put the supposedly "broken" one in. Because it's not broken and works better than the other one. Who would've guessed....Not me.

^On the contrary you seem extremely talented with what you’ve done to the truck so far. Don’t sell yourself short.
Even if you’ve had some help you know more than 99.9% of guys your age.
My point was, which I was not clear was don’t mess around with old leaky parts when new ones are cheap and easy to get. You’ve got a lot of time and $ into the truck, go get a new master cylinder and it will solve the problems. And be careful. You got a lot of new and shiny metal on that truck and brake fluid is worse than battery acid for ruining that.
Cheers
