Heck yeah, what is it? LOL. Looks like an Indy car frame with adapters for a square body conversion.

Its what my buddy is getting for his 72 c10. Its actually made in Canada too. Its basically the whole center section of the frame and supposed to do wonders and still have some frame flex. Its a porterbuilt frame stiffner. I'll get the canadian info from buddy. It was pretty pricey from USA but he found this guy that makes them in Canada.

I honestly think for $300 or less you could cut 90% of the flex with:

The addition of the carrier bearing crossmember will make a huge difference and might be able to find one free.

The Ridetech front triangle braces will tighten up the front and improve steering as well.

Drill out all the loose rivets and install G8 hardware. If you see rust streaks or shadows, they're loose enough to allow flex.

I looked into buying a frame stiffener for my son's C10 but it only added really one more crossmember where needed up front over the carrier bearing crossmember.

The big advantage to those frame stiffeners is that they have lots of trans mounting options.

Frames are supposed to flex some. It keeps other things from breaking to pieces.
If you don't have roads like Detroit, MI, I wouldn't worry about it.

You will probably have to strip it down to the bare frame and re-locate all the fuel lines, brake lines etc...Just a thought. Maybe a suspension modification will be more effective.
don't want all the frame done...just a few critical point.....suspension is done! :)

I really like the QA1 set-up. If it was on the market and available 2 years ago, I'd probably would have gone that route.

I also liked Ridetech, CPP truck arm rear, and considered a few full frames but was concerned about hauling/trailering light loads and staying on budget for my son.

Not an expert here, but I have to ask what evidence of frame flex you’re seeing and what does that truck pull on a skid pad?
Is it front or rear or both?
