Got a little s10 blazer, had it for 5 years, little thing has taken me all over surrounding counties, to the mountains, everywhere, hell even from the clutches of crazy women! Lol
Wondering if any of yall have a thing for them yourself.
Mines a 94, 4x4, got a little lift, 31x10x15's.
Later model 4.3 in it, an LU3. Mpfi. Little bit of aftermarket stuff on the motor. Does decent, maybe 2-250 HP and right around 250 ft ibs. She'll spin the wheels lol.
Not a bad truck. Love them little 4.3's.
Not a badass engine or truck by any means, but it's what I drive along with my 90 burb while I'm working on my K5ton project.

Forgot to add, the engine swap and all occurred about 2 years ago. Old engine had no comp and spun a bearing lol

That little turd I have is my first, if we're not counting the 97 f150 I had for 2 Months hat didn't even get driven, I sold it and bought the s10 lol, been thru SO MUCH **** with that thing. Another engine, another trans, another rear end, all new fuel system (injectors, pump , filter), front end work used to be a weekend ritual, does good now. Love that damn thing to death. I'd sell my k5 project before I sold it lol

I had 2 of them, both 91's with 4.3 and a long bed. One an auto and one a 5-speed. Had the 5-speed one for a long time and did a lot of stuff to it, it was an awesome truck. I bought the other one for 400 bucks just because I wanted the rust free bed off of it. It was a good truck too, but I ended up selling it for more than I paid, and with a rusty bed on it too.

They're truly notable trucks. Almost everyone has had them. And if you got the 4.3, that little bitch will last forever. Swear.

Well, my brother blew mine up, lol. But in it's defense, it had well over 200k on it and it got used HARD over the years. I think it chucked a rod and somehow didn't exit the block.

What was the last year of the S-10 "squarebody"? Do they get that title too? ;) My son is only 11 but I've been thinking about an S-10 square project for the two of us for a while now. Desired model: extended cab pickup, 4x4, 4.3, 5 speed. What was 5 speed - Getrag? I'm guessing they're way less common than autos? Especially with the 4.3?

I love the s 10 platform. My first one was a 02 leased with 2 miles on it. I did loose it. Haha was young dumb and full of *** at the time. I have since had 2 others. A 97 and a 93. Each one was awesome. And id love the 4.3 in a resto mod 30s or 40s car or 40s or 50s pickup.

I've tried to like s10 pickups before but failed.
I dig the 4x4 Blazers though but i'd never own one..if I did it would most assuredly NOT have an airbag in the steering wheel but it WOULD have that cool rear window spoiler thingy.
TBI 4.3L? Sounds like it would be cool but the fan clutch noise -or whatever it is- that makes that terrible noise totally kills the entire truck for me. I think it they sound like ****.

Actually, **** probably sounds better.
(No offense to poo everywhere):dancingpoop:

The s10 blazer is 94, the pickup, I think is 1993? Some of them came with the T-5, and some came with a Nv3500.

I bought one for $400 many years ago. It was an 87 with the 2.5 iron duke 2wd short box. Had 87 monte wheels on it with fat tires.... i ran that little **** like a stock car, until the tree ended all that fun. I love s10s, especially the early more square ones.
