Ok so over the last year I have researched a lot of different things regarding the differences between the old and the new 10.5 ring 14 Bolt Full Floaters.
It seems that a lot of people have done the research also and can say that an adapter WILL allow an older axle to accept the new brake plate and hubs based on measurements. The only thing I can find shopping around though is RightGear's adapter....which is VERY salty. http://www.ebay.com/itm/14-Bolt-Disc-brake-conversion-brackets-adapts-2500HD-3500HD-Brakes-w-e-brake-/310679487802
So what I'm asking is, anyone know of other locations or have fab'd them their self? At this point I'm most likely going to just ask a machine shop to try and match it. I can pull then the hubs and brakes off a 2000+ truck.
