Why do you assume the issue is with the distributor? TBI can have it's share of issues elsewhere as can a failing fuel pump. Both of those can cause the same symptoms you're describing. Outside of loose connections, an electronic component either works all the time or fails completely.
I’ll take my chances first with electrical . I dropped the fuel tank two years ago and put in a new pump . Outcome was nothing changed how it ran or started

How do I test this silly “ignition coil” I also have an older “ignition coil” in my hand no clue if it works

Try this for your ignition coil:
xc_hide_links_from_guests_guests_error_hide_media

From personal experience I can tell you that as far as testing the pickup coil goes, they can test good and still be bad. Vibration and heat are factors that you cannot reproduce when testing. If you must, they should read between 500 and 1500 ohms. I usually see them around 900 ohms.
IMHO, they're easier to replace than mess with.

Just tested my ohms it was all “00000000” on my 1st meter and “.025” on another meter

pretty sure there is an ignition diagnostic chart for all these parts in the drivability and emissions manual. I'd start with the crank-no start and it may lead you to the ignition diagnostics.

The pic you posted with your finger on the terminal I'm almost positive is #8. Did you mark the wires when you changed the module out?

I marked but I may have made a mistake the one I’m pointing to here is going to the #1 cylinder is that correct

I got the plug I’m pointing too on #8 she cranks but still no start

Could my timing chain have possibly changed my clocking on my distributor?

I know my distributor is down tight but is it possible that it jumped a tooth?

I'd say that's unlikely the timing chain jumped. did you pull the distributor before? I can't remember. if you did, you needed to restick it just how you found it when you pulled it or you needed to find top dead center on No 1 and stick it with the rotor pointed at No 1.
