87 k10 tpi?

I looked it up, but everyone either says it was an option or apparently on some of the 3/4 tons they were stock.... So much info on these trucks that sometimes you just cant find the right info :/

Mine didn't come with a plow package. It just came on the RPO code list of options. RPO Code Z75 This is my RPO Code Sticker from the 85 K1500. So far all original except the 305 has been swapped out for a GM Crate 350 with some mild adders. And I've converted it from 700r4 to Th350 with spacer to match 700r4 length, so I can go back to 700r4 without any mods. In fact, I plan to do so when I get the 4.10's in it.

I don't know that mine is a package. It's just an option. I got that, engine oil cooling and the Tcase skid plate.
The plow pacakge could be a different RPO code and teh quad shocks are a part of that package. Only package I seem to have on this truck is Convenience Package and I think that is just Power Lock and Power Windows, cuz the Tilt, Cruise, AC, and all of that is listed as separate options.

I woudn't mind at all coming across a non power steeering box for my K1500.

Well i have power steering and brakes, just not power windows locks or even a casette player

A non power steering box? That would be awesome. 2 or 4 wheel drive doesn't matter. I can do non power steering easily.

Hi guys i am new here, as soon as i get some money i plan on switching my 87 k10 over to TPI

I know the original question was asked awhile ago but got a K5 with TPI here. I didnt do the swap, but will try to answer any question you have.

I actually already did it.... pics to come eventually. And hotrod it did not have manual steering. i the one under the hood was power, and the other one was either stolen or misplaced sorry :/... also the parts truck is gone... due to the fact the frame caved under it, and all the parts worth saving are gone... however i have a original 86 glove box for sale in pretty good shape
