If you're talking about the combination valve, on my '85 they are cup seals and one face seal. Good luck finding them. GM says the valve is non serviceable and must be replaced as a unit. And, of course, it's NLA.

I am redoing my brakes from front to back. I tried to service my proportional valve but could not find a kit. There are many different versions for sale, both OEM and aftermarket. I used an adjustable Wilwood combination proportioning valve because it allows adjustment of the rear brakes. With this you can use drums and then later switch to discs. It also allows having different sized brake lines in preparation for disc brakes. Wilwood also recommended residual pressure valves to make the brakes more responsive. Still installing so I do not have a report on how it functions. I will update later.

Wilwood combination proportioning valve part #: 260-11179
Wilwood residual pressure valves part #: 260-13706 and 260- 13707
