76 silverado door panels

Rarely do i ever see door panels with this scroll work on the border. Can anyone shed some light on them for me? Was there a special option code?
I bought a 76 chevy c10 from Spokane and this truck has these special door panels. Most other trucks just have the matte black border.

I think it was part of the custom deluxe package or something like that. Can't recall the exact package name. it was a really nice finish on those door panels. Stuff like that makes me want to scratch the power windows and swap back to thos old door skins, but to be fair I figure with a little work and some aftermarket window switches you could probably keep both.... Darn, now you got me thinking about more modifications, lol.

Thanks. This style seems very rare, i have not seen many trucks with this style door panel. The truck i have that these came on is a silverado. No telling if someone put them on it from a donor truck. The spid label is missing. When we recovered the seat i thought we got lucky when i saw a build sheet stuffed in the springs of the seat bottom. Then it turned out there were 2 build sheets on the seat bottom, but neither matched the vin on the truck. Just my luck!

i this post 2yrs old. those are 75-76 silverado package mine also has that bezel(not reproduced) and the window cranks knob have the woodgrain look..i agree with the deluxe package due to my 76 has custom deluxe avocado green vinyl bench/dash etc

I believe my dads 75 gmc k25 but I do believe his is a High Sierra not a Sierra Grande like mine. Either that or classic, maybe custom... deluxe.. too many words I dont remember. The higher trim one. they arent much left to them but the border was like that at least before. 75 last year of that wood tho right?
