Shouldn't really be much of anything to change, both the 305 and 350 bolt up exactly the same. Depending on how hot that 350 is, it may smoke the 700 if it's just stock. Also make sure the TV cable gets set correctly when you're done. That's the fastest way to burn up a 700, having the TV cable adjusted wrong. But physically, there's nothing that needs to change to get it to bolt up.

If you are using the intake, carb, and cable brackets from the 305,nothing is needed bolt it in adjust TV cable and go. If using a different intake, carb and brackets, you will need to confirm that TV cable geometry is correct. If TV cable geometry is incorrect, your 700 will die very soon.

How much power is your new 350 engine putting out (ballpark if not precisely known)?

Depending on what you say, that 700R4 may need to be overhauled and strengthened...1988+ 700R4s were a good deal more durable than 1982-1987 units, primarily owing to the better 3-4 clutch packs and larger 29-element input sprag assemblies installed in the 88+ units vs the 24-element counterparts prior.
