Hi - I have a 65 c30 that I converted over to a 14 bolt dually rear axle. I have two tension/retaining rings (1st and 2nd pics) that I assume go on the rear axle to allow for the conical style lug nuts to seat properly. However for the front end (3rd pic) - I did a late model 1ton (I think that's what it was) squarebody swap - do I need the tension ring to properly mount the front wheels, or do I just go with a "flat" style lug nut, if there is such a thing? It's been quite a while since I did the front and rear swaps (other projects creeping in) and I can't remember (getting old ) how the wheels were originally installed, the front end didn't come with any wheels installed. I've located information regarding the rear tension ring, but can't find much about the front.
Thanks in advance for any guidance!
