I haven’t changed the jets on the new one yet. I did replace power valve just to make sure. Didn’t fix it
What specific carb are you currently running, what primary jets are in it, what power valve was in it previously and what power valve did you install?

Ok I taped a guage to the windshield. Got down to about 3 wot and while cruising around 50mph it was around 10. When it stumbled it dropped off for a second but jumped right back up to around 15. But the power hasn’t come back yet
cruising should be very high vacuum. Like 20 plus. Idle should be in the 20 range also, unless you have a huge cam in it. Does the needle bounce at all?

I would first check float level. To me from what you’ve typed here I want to know if fuel level is correct at the higher rpms
