I ended up buying the Honda I borrowed from my neighbor so long. Spent only stimulus and tax return monies - don't got nothin in it. A ten gallon tank of gas each week. /shrug
Remember when Franklin and I drove to Texas to buy Mike's seats?
They fixed my shoulder in ONE shift and then "lifetime warranty" radiator ******** number two in six weeks failed and the Blazer 4x4 got parked.
Again.
Gets old.
Gotta be gettin close to fixed?
Instantly back into an even worse seat n the Civic.
Must.fix.
2009 1.8 I4 with 5 speed auto. 160k .4 wheel disc EX Coupe model. Aluminum factory 16s spray bombed flat black by the kid PO bought it from.
Looks like crap but it's just a work car?
I'm sittin on ******** though and it sucks.
Bought steel 15s @$20 each with hubcaps lol...keepin it real then asked the wheel shop how much to paint them?
$600 he says.

This week LaFawnduh the Honda got some love. Drain and fill transmission service with Valvoline for imports. This is the third drain and fill EYE have done to it in the year point five ive known the car. It's about 1.3 quarts.
Was pretty shady but it's much more gooder now.
Also drained the 80% water out of the new radiator , it got drain and fill service too
!
I think I had air in the cooling system. I'll find out this weekend if air im the cooling system was creating a felt surge at speed.
100% of this car's cooling system is brand.new. - but neighbor paid for it with my help
Needs new headlights. His taste is ****.. These aftermarket led halo **** suck my dick plus they're non-adjustable.
I unplugged the halo lights lol. They had little makeup bedazzles and i junked them too. Maybe only the headlights will be tolerable but they're still tacky lookin.

Last week I changed the oil and filled the Power steering. It has a very slow leak? Dunno. I added. just today. Weird.
PO neighbor was runnin a ******** flat black bombed aftermarket chrome grille that I was quick to throw away. Made room for this METAL, CHROME, replacement - which is more my style.
Between the crappy wheels and the crappy grille + factory exerything? Add millions of paint chips.. Left a lot of room for improvement!
It's all tip top under there. This engine has a timing chain! 1.8 veeteck bb
I replaced at 150k mile the wrong platinum plugs with regular resistor plug and dropped a knock off K&N in the filter box. Threw away all of the silencer tubing..back and forth across the engine bay ******** nothing junk.
Cut off the exhaust resonator and swapped it for a 2 inch Cherry Bomb brand actual M-80 glasspack muffler AND THEN i cut off the stock muff and changed a Cherry Bomb brand 2 inch Turbo Muffler in it's spot. Tucked it up tight and put the factory (resonator) EX only tip back on it.
Sounds ******* dope.
Even kinda looks cool. Cool-er.

It gets about 25 mpg with the AC on.
That's pretty cool....lol get it ..I have a TON of ass time in this car and it's fvcking uncomfortable. To the extreme.
I started readin the googles until I found solution.
This week I swapped a 2009 sedan seat in place of my 2009 coupe seat. Bolt. In.
No airbag light.

See the side bolsters? They don't give. It-s prolly okay if you're 5'5" and 150 but im 6'0" and 210. My shoulders are much wider than that!! I'm an American and I eat beef, not rice.

Has to buy a one fat-boy seat just to be cool.
Note the extra piece of bolster at shoulder height. Makes me want murder.
$100 and a trip to the car warsh. Worth it by the time I got to the end of the block, just like in the Blazer.
It sits like an entirely different car now! Winning!
