1990 r3500 won't start

Ok so I have a 1990 r3500 western hauler. It had a fuel tank in the bed that was cracked. I took the fuel tank out and plugged the lines and now it won't start. If you pour fuel in the throttle body it will fire. So can anybody help me

It wont start if you don't have a fuel tank

It has two and I only removed one. The one it has has fuel in it @MadOgre

IS there some sort of tank switch like on other dual tank trucks?

Well Im thinking if you had a fuel tank in the box that the other saddle tanks were in operable or disconnected ?

I got it. There was dirt in the filter

Yeah actually there are lines that run to the original tank selector valve. And the pump wires are extended up to it.
