Hey everyone, I just got my first square body a coupe of weeks ago
and would like to replace the right side fender and inner fender well
because of some rust. I found a 1991 suburban in the junkyard, can
someone tell me if the fender is the same as a 87 pickup. Thanks

The only difference is there might be an antenna hole in the Suburban fender, for a mast antenna.

The 87 pickup would have the radio antenna in the winshield but some of the last utilities had them in the fender.

Keith,

I am curious as to why the moved it for the last few years. Did it offer better reception, or was it due to GMT400 having the fender mounted antenna and using the same stock, or something along those lines?

I picked up the fender today and you're right it does have
the antenna in the fender
