Fender emblem replacement

Take a piece of wood and set it on the emblem. Whack it with a hammer so that it breaks the studs.

Install the new emblems with barrel clips.

Won't the broken off stud/ speednut fall into the fender and rattle?

I'd drill a hole in back of fender for access and install a body plug like PDA guys do. It'd look factory.
