Greetings,
I have a bone stock 87 V2500 GMC 3/4 Ton 4x4 with a TBI 350 / TH400 / NP208.
I am replacing all the electronic sensors because my truck is an original survivor and is almost at 100k miles.
The problem is this... The EGR Solenoid valve that is stock (came on truck) does not match any of the parts that are out there for my truck. My truck is the over 8500 GVW.. The difference in parts is my EGR Solenoid has a 4pin electric connector. The parts offered in the books and supply houses are all 2 pin connectors. I see that the 89 TBI 350 Burbs have what look to be the right part but want to be sure before I buy this expensive part its the one I need. Also if any of you can help with this part number AND the correct EGR valve part number it would be great thanks.
