As far as I know, no, they dont make replacement needles. And I don't think they come off. I've tried, and mine didnt.
If it's just bent, it's pretty easy to straighten, they're real soft.
If your looking to fix a broken one, I'd say super glue a little peice of cardboard or a peice of tooth pick on it. Then take a peice of paper cut a **** in it, and slip it behind the needle and hit it with some orange spray paint.
I restored my gauges a while back. Fixed one that was broken, and then repainted everything that was orange. Clear coated the whole setup, super clued the crack in the lense, sanded it, then polished the whole thing with some polishing compound. Came out nice, looks almost new.
