I am not sure I have ever seen one of those? I guess your going to have to hack out an intact dash and weld into yours?
No welding required, a rivet or 2 if desired is all.

I had the same problem. Fortunately I have a parts truck with the same color dash. So the dash from the parts truck was sliced and spliced into the build truck. A few pop rivets and once it was all back together you can't even tell it was cut.
Did the same, only I made sure I patched within the bezel area, shot some black foo-foo over the white patch panel & it's perfect, can't even tell!

The previous owner cut the radio panel way to big for a newer radio. So I either need a patch panel or a whole new lower dash.
Here's what I did to fix the same issue earlier this year:

PO's hack job that I started with. Unfortunately the cut is visible beyond the bezel.

After the bezel was removed.

Repair section cut from a donor truck, which was already cut for a CD player. I got it for free, so I couldn't complain.

Here's the donor panel installed behind the lower dash in the truck. I did add a couple rivets after taking the picture.

Here is the one I still have. I cant tell if that was factory that large or if that was cut wider by a PO(no idea what year the cab is or the last time it was owned by someone and used)

Atomic Armadillo metal fab said he was going to produce that piece a few years ago. Not sure if we ever did or not but may be worth reaching out as not every is on the website.

I'm having trouble find a radio patch panel for a 1978 k10. The previous owner cut the radio panel way to big for a newer radio. So I either need a patch panel or a whole new lower dash. My local junkyards have squarebodys but they all been gutted already. If someone could help me find what I need. Thank you
I made one that I’ll be doing a write up on very soon
