Does anybody know on a 1975-76 GMC Grill if the chrome strips (shown diagonally) do they glue onto the Grill? Mine didn't come with them but I want to add them?

Here’s some pics of a NOS grille, not sure if this helps? It appears it doesn’t have chrome trim. I’ve had good luck with a quality 3M emblem and trim tape for applications like yours

WOW, I was hoping you wanted to take yours off, too. I need help. I just took my grill off yesterday and wanted to know the same thing. I want to paint my grill and really did not want to have to mask all the chrome on the grill to paint it. Mine is from a Chevy and the 4 chrome strips seem to click onto the plastic in the back, but "unclipping" them does not seem to loosen them one bit. I don't want to risk kinking the chrome strips trying to get them off the plastic. Please keep me posted if you find anything out to remove them from the plastic.

Do you still have hat '73-'74 grille?

I'd kinda want one as a spare, those things are hard to find.

Carefully mask the chrome, don’t chance destroying it while removing. IMO

I have a 76 Sierra Grande C15 that came with the chrome strips. It looks like they just clip on, but I haven't taken them off personally.
