Hell i will share a story

ABout 6 months ago we had a tractor trailer delivery at the shop, i think it was XPO logisitics... and they came up to the end of the driveway. I met them up there and we tossed it in the bed of my brothers truck .
I guess while we were there, i had set the banding scissors and my primary key set on the ledge just before the roll up door of the truck.

He drives off.. couple hours later i realize i got no keys, and no scissors. I searched everywhere, freaked out etc.
Called up XPO logisitics and they managed to get ahold of the driver. He had found the keys in the next delivery in mooresville NC which is like a 30 or 45min drive from me .

He turned them in at the hub in charlotte, so i had to drive up there and get them but damn what a relief! My burb keys, building keys, house keys, and everything else was on that ring!

When i was younger me and dad were out muzzleloader hunting in the state game lands and we packed it up to head home. When we got home and started takin stuff in the house i asked dad where his blackpowder bag went.... he had forgotten it on top of the jeep and it rode home on the roof. Luckily the roof rack held on to it, or there would have been black powder and lead balls all over the place!

*drums*
That was actually pretty good HAHA

Every time a bullet went thru it, there was a brief flash of fire and then smoke poured out of it lol

I like how Vince shot at the valve body area, which is the brains of the operation. That's basically a head shot, lol.

What's 03TDD ?
Im really not sure, there was a sticker on the side of the case that had a series of numbers and letters that started with 03TDD
Not sure what it means.. this was a reman trans, the PO of the trailblazer said they had it replaced, which checks out. The flexplate had "trans replaced x/x/12

(Cant remember the exact month/day)

Both the motor and trans have been replaced in this thing in its life

Nothing really new or exciting to tell i dont reckon, but ive been having this intermittent issue around approx 800 rpm, it acts like it wants to stall. It goes real lean on the wideband sensor.

That coupled with the fact in some areas within PCM ive had to keep adding fuel led me to think maybe the fuel filter was clogged.

Yesterday i changed the fuel filter, plugs, and cleaned the throttle body.

All 6 plugs looked good, no signs of excess wear really, or premature detonation (despite the knock sensors going crazy sometimes). The fuel filter was pretty clogged. The throttle body was filthy.

3 or 4 of my sparkplugs were all but finger tight... which is crazy.
I Wonder if the loose sparkplugs had it thinking it was knocking? I dont know. What i do know is, knocking and detonation will appear as flucuations/spikes on a wideband sensor, and since ive removed any knock detection from 0-3000 rpm, and knock detection is no longer constantly pulling timing out, i can see smooth transistions on the wideband, with no indication of actual detonation. That coupled with the fact theres no specs on my sparkplugs... i think it was false knock. I didnt go as far as to bore check my domes, but i didnt see much reason to.

With that said, that didnt fix the 800 rpm stumble, but it DID get rid of the overall hesitation to rev up now.

I guess next up im going see about disabling and isolating the evap system.. perhaps thats my issue, i dunno.
