    Best lift.

I put a set of Tuff Country springs on my '79 K20 a couple of years ago. I went with 3" EZ-ride setup all the way around. I have been well pleased so far, probably put about 15-20K on it so far. A much better ride than the well used stock springs. I haven't done it yet but I am planning on...

    Good 2" lift rear springs?

I have a set of Tuff Country EZ-ride springs with a 3" lift on my 76 K20. The ride is 10 times better than the old tired factory springs. I have been well pleased so far. Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2

What brand of radiator to buy?

Yes mine has the plastic tanks and it is a 2 row, but for a '93 2.8 liter S10 there was not a lot of options that fit my time frame. It is my DD, I get about 28 mph with it, almost triple what I get with my in my old K20. Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2

What brand of radiator to buy?

I couldn't find anything all aluminum direct fit for my s10, ended up going with a Spectra brand from Autozone. It was the only one I could find not made in China. It's made in Canada, with lifetime warranty. Hopefully it will last a while. Quality looked good and it fit perfect. We will see...

What brand of radiator to buy?

I got home from work today in my '93 mini square and when I got out I could smell antifreeze. Once I started looking found a crack in one of the plastic tanks on the side of the radiator. It's the factory radiator so I guess I've been pretty lucky, but I was wondering if any one knows of a good...

Help Want A 4" Suspension Lift With All New Springs

I have a 3" all spring lift from Tuff Country, on my '76 K20. It's been on for about a year and a half and I have been well pleased. My old stock springs were really shot and with the new one the ride is a lot better. I don't remember exactly but new springs, u-bolts and springs were under a...

How much is this truck worth?

Thanks for all the input. Think I'm gonna pass on it. It was a little more than I wanted to spend anyway. It just caught my eye and was curious. Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2

How much is this truck worth?

He is asking 6K, I thought it was a little high, but you just don't see many in that kinda of shape around this area very much, and to be honest I haven't been pricing any. Just seen that and it caught my eye. So I thought I would get some input from here. Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2

How much is this truck worth?

All the pics. I have. Interior is blue and in good shape, although someone hacked up the dash trying to put in a radio. Paint is about 5 years old and still looks pretty good definitely not show quality, but good driver. Under the hood hasn't been cleaned in a while but all the wiring is...

How much is this truck worth?

Ok. so it has been about 20 years since I have bought me a truck. My '93 mini square has been my daily driver since 1994 when I bought it. That being said my son wants it when he turns 16 in a little while and I will need me another DD. While on lunch today I spotted a '87 silverado and gave...

    What was your first Vehicle?

Wasn't my first vehicle but that sounds just like what I learned to drive in. Dad still has his '69 C10, back then it was a 307, 3 on the tree swb step side. We have since replaced the 307 with a 350 and converted it to an auto. My first ride was a '80 Z28, 350 4-speed car. Had a lot of fun in...

    patch panels

The weld safe primer is pretty good stuff it has a lot of zinc in it so the arc will start good without grinding to bare metal. Once it is welded only the area right next the weld and the weld will not be coated. Sent from my ADR6350 using Tapatalk 2

Gauges not working when headlights are on

Thanks bucket for the heads up. I pulled out my cluster yesterday to find that the printed circuit had started coming apart, and some of the copper had broken. I had another printed circuit laying around and changed it out and everything is working again. Tried to post it up last night but...

Gauges not working when headlights are on

I woke up to snow again this morning in north Georgia, so I drove my '79 K20 to work. I noticed this morning that when I turned on my headlights that I had no dash lights, the dash blinker lights came on, my gas gauge went to empty, oil pressure went to 0, and heat gauge went beyond hot. If I...

    New guy from north Georgia

Thanks, that bed has come in very handy through out the years. I would say that is the main reason that it stayed in the family all these years. After Granddad got where he couldn't drive much anymore nobody but me really wanted anything to do with it till they needed something hauled. I just...
