    What trans? I assume a TH 350 or 400, because I have 4.10's and 33's and only turn 2k at 65, I have overdrive though. At least I have it for a few weeks at a time until trans goes out.

    Pretty sure that's what happened the very first time it went bad after rebuild. Can problems with the converter have anything to do with that? And what happens if someone doesn't connect the electrical plug that goes to operate the lockup converter?
