    The bed floor can be easily cut down to a swb but the bed sides will be much more difficult. If I recall correctly, the front of a lwb bed is 14in longer and the rear is 6in longer than a swb.

    He is wrong on his ad for sure and crazy on the price. It only fits 84-87 reg cab and 84-88 burb/blazer/crew. This is a 1.5 din bezel for 89-91 burb/blazer/crew.

    Its nice and worth the money but its for an 84-87. It wont fit an 81-83 with out moving the light switch and wiper switch.

    Dual tanks is an option, not standard equipment. If your truck is a swb its a 16gal tank, if its a lwb it can be a 16gal or a 20gal.

    Do the blinkers work? If so you are getting power to the rear for the brake lights to work. Check your brake light switch under the dash. You can unplug the switch and use a jumper wire to quickly check to see if the brake lights come on indicating a bad or poorly adjusted switch.

    Same size wheels front to rear look a little off on squares since the track width is 1in wider in the front. Staggered with 8.5in and 10in hides this issue with our trucks.

    It sounds stock to me, they had such low gears and a 2 speed rear they really didn't need a 4 barrel or even high CI displacement.

    That's a real shame, a lot of nice trucks get butchered up just for a fancy radio, regardless of if it looks good or not. Whats real nice about repairing it this way is because the dash is stamped metal, the donor piece fits nice and snug with the original dash...fits just like two paper plates.
