It is NIB but has a little scratch in the upper RH corner (as indicated). The metal inlay is that light bronze color - not brushed aluminum.

PM if interested.

I just checked ebay to make sure I wasn't asking too much. Holy crap - these are listed for big $$$! Hope someone here can use it.

Its nice and worth the money but its for an 84-87. It wont fit an 81-83 with out moving the light switch and wiper switch.

Thanks - good catch. I knew that, but I type "81-87" so often that it's like on autofill in my mind. Title is corrected.

It will fit 1988 too. That was the last year for the shaft style radio.

$150 is a steal.

Well you know...if someone offered me more, I certainly wouldn't turn it down.

Seriously, I think it also fits up to 1991 Suburbans, Jimmys, etc.

1989-91 had the 1.5 DIN stereo and they are a bit different in that area.

NLA - sold for $125 plus shipping.

To avoid confusion, I would normally remove the post at this point. But, for whatever reason, the administrator has disabled the delete function (and he also has set the time limit to edit a post at an extremely low value). So here it stays.

There's a time limit to edit from what I recall, due to a former member that didn't like to play nice.

Yeah, I can imagine a couple of scenarios where the edit function could be abused - especially here in the classified section.

But I have to wonder why they have disabled (or never turned on) the delete option?

The only thing I can come up with is, that due to the design of the website, the time limits to edit/delete posts are set by the same value. So when the edit function times out, so does the delete.
