73-87 rear step side bumpers are actually 67-72 step side bumpers from the factory so they are significantly different. -
Coil spring is popped out of its bucket.

The top of the coild is D shaped and the pocket is also D shaped. Make sure its lined up properly.- J Knight

I dont know much about the boost question but if you look at a gear ratio vs. speed chart/graph you can easily pick your desired gear ratio. My guess with 33in tires and overdrive trans you will probly be able to go somewhere between 4.11 and 4.56.- J Knight

2 inch lowering kit
As far as I know, they dont make any lowering kits for 4x4s. Does it have a lift kit? If it does for example, if you have a 6in lift and you want to go lower you need to get a 4in lift effectively lowering the truck 2in.- J Knight

If you really want to get creative, you can bolt angle iron under the frame and lower your spring shackle mount on the frame to your desired ride height.- J Knight

If you installed a drop shackle with the flip kit you can just reinstall the factory shackle. If you still have the stock shackle you can add a leaf to your springs or get a shorter than stock shackle. I have seen them before but dont know where to get them. Other options is to shorten your...- J Knight

265/50-15 tire 4-6 drop
No problem but a 265/50/15 is a very short tire, you might consider a 295/50/15. -
lateral traction bars
Looks pretty cool, but you would think the front pivot point should be even with the front leaf spring bolt.- J Knight

In the big truck world(18 wheelers) a glider kit is basically a new incomplete truck. Most commonly they are ordered without an engine/transmission or without rear ends/fuel tanks.- J Knight

It didn't come from any vehicle, looks aftermarket to me. -
Lowering my 1982 C10
From what I have read, a drop spindle with drop cotrol arms is a bad combination because of the spring pocket too close to the ground. You would be better off with drop spindles and drop springs imho. If you have all ready installed the parts, let us know how they work together.- J Knight
