    Easiest way to know for sure is find a local tire store and see if you can talk them into mounting it You should be able to fit 31s on a 2wd with no issues

    I doubt the lack of spark is the coil More likely something in the dizzy I’d pop the cap and clean the brass contacts inside Make sure you are getting fuel Disconnect the line at the TBI and see if the pump is working
