    Right, homelink would need constant 12 since you can use with the car off. I have seen some with 15 wires but I avoided grabbing one of those, overkill.

    The one I found has compass, temp and auto dim. Side mirror dim is nice to have, I have it on my other cars but I wouldn't want to change my original style mirrors.

    Picked up a mirror, most of the harness and the sensor from a 2000 burb. Had to cut a bit to remove. Do you have the wiring info? I found this.

    K5 Diesel to Vac booster pedal spring?

    If I recall, diesels come with hydroboost not vacuum assist. Did you convert the hydroboost when you swapped the engine? Brake pedal setup will be different between gas and diesel too. I have a gas powered k5 if you need a pic.

    Didn't read the entire thread but I have a serpentine setup on my 87 r10. Took everything from a 90 burb. had the reverse fan/clutch and water pump too. Have been running for 5 years no issues. I did put on a new water pump at the time so wouldn't have to worry about leaks. Also new rad hoses...

    If you have factory ac there are several screws at the top you may not see. Did you remove cover over the vacuum pot? You can usually see them after.
