Welcome from Austria. 81-89 C and K trucks use the same body mounts. You just need the right ones for the year your truck was build.

Center hump in k cab is taller than one in c cab. Otherwise everything else is a direct bolt.

Column shifted 2wd (ie, auto trans, or three on the tree) = low hump
Manual shifted 2wd (ie, M20 with creeper, or MY6 overdrive) and 4wd are all high hump.
There might still be enough clearance to go from high hump to low hump because the factory put enough margin in there to account for worst case user over the life of the vehicle, smashed body mounts, twist, etc.
